  • Original passport with self-attested copies of the first and last two pages, ECR/Non-ECR page, and observation page.
  • Proof of present address (if changed).
  • Attested employment contract by the Indian Mission or permission letter from the Indian Mission/Post.
  • Valid visa copy with English translation (if applicable).
